Weir receives certification as a global Living Wage employer

In 2024, Weir was certified by the Fair Wage Network as a global Living Wage employer.  The certification serves as a guarantee that all employees are paid at or above the various global Living Wage thresholds as defined by the Fair Wage Network.

We believe in fair reward for all our employees, regardless of where in the world they live or work. We are delighted to be recognised by the Fair Wage Network for our Living Wage practices globally. Our people are key to executing our strategy and we’re committed to nurturing an even more inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace culture where all our people can thrive.

The Living Wage benchmark considers a broader range of factors to determine a level of pay which reflects the cost of living and meeting everyday employee needs. Our relationship with the Fair Wage Network will continue in the coming years to make sure that we retain the Living Wage certification globally on an ongoing basis.
